METALKOV MB s.r.o. was established in 1997. Its current company address are located in the north-western outskirts of Moravské Budějovice.
We deal with metal manufacturing – welding of parts and complex units, chip machining, pressing (mostly cold), hot and cold bending, cutting, blasting and other related processing and surface treatment processes.
The company’s production program is segmented into in-house production and custom manufacturing.
- Custom products include the production of joinery clamps made from strip steel and steel castings.
- An important production program is industrial water treatment plants, which have been manufactured since 2001. Customers are processing companies. As this is the processing of stainless steel material, high demands are placed on processing and welding.
- Important customers include companies in the automotive sector, where we are a major supplier of stackers for automatic lines.
Custom production consists mainly in the manufacture of welded parts and structures according to customer requirements.
To maintain high product quality, the company has had a quality management system in place since 2003, approved by the TÜV certification body, which complies with ČNS EN ISO 9001:2016. Since 2018, the welding process has also been certified according to ČSN EN ISO 3834-2.
In order to ensure the highest quality of the production process, the company has a 3D measurement Metronor Solo, based on which output reports with 100% verification of all required product parameters are prepared according to customer requirements. It is particularly suitable for Industry 4.0.
